LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
FRANCES EMMA JACOBS
I, FRANCES EMMA JACOBS, residing in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, New York, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and conscious of the uncertainties of this life do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills or codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I hereby direct the payment by my executors of all my just debts and funeral expenses and all legitament expenses incurred in the administration of my estate.
SECOND: I hereby give to my son-in-law, NELSON COX, of 54 Wickham Avenue, Goshen, New York, my Television set.
THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my sons, to share and share, all my household furniture, blankets and all furnishings.
FOURTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughters to share and share alike, my wardrobe, jewelry and all the contents of the dressers.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my son, ROY JACOBS and my daughter, BETSY VAN BENSCHOTEN, to be executors of this my last Will and Testament. The said executors to act as such without the giving of any bond or security. The executors appointed as aforsaid, shall have full power and authority to sell, mortgage and/or lease real estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and seal in the City of Middletown, County of Orange and State of New York this 5 day of August 1955.

This will, consisting of two pages, including this page, was on the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by FRANCES EMMA JACOBS, the testatrix therein named, as her last Will and Testament, inour presence; and we, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, at the time signed our names as witnesses thereto and have also read this attestation clause.

AT A SURROGATE'S COURT held in and for the County of Orange at the Surrogate's Office in Goshen, N. Y., on the 31st. day of July, 1958.

A Paper Writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above mentioned decedent together with a petition praying for its probate and settng forth the facts showing jurisdiction thereof to be in this Court, having been duly filed, and all persons entitled to citation thereupon being duly before the Court by due service of citation, waiver thereof, signed written notice of appearance, acknowledged or proved, and duly certified, or appearance by attorney in the manner prescribed by statute, said probate not having been contested, and the Surrogate having inquired particularly into all the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the genuineness of the said Will and the validity of its execution, that the testatrix at the time of executing it was in all respects competent to make a Will and not under restraint,
AND the Surrogate having takent the testimony of the subscribing witnesses to said Will, and said testimony have been reduced to writing, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said instrument so offered for probate is the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of said testatrix and as such valid to pass real and personal property and the same is hereby admitted to probate as a Will or real and personal property, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Executors who may qualifythereunder.
