George H. Jacobs

     George H. Jacobs, ninety-five, died yesterday at his home, thirty-four Little avenue.
Born at Sandsburgh, N.Y., May second, 1852, the son of John and Julia Ann Bennett Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs had been a resident of Middletown seventy years.
     He is survived by a daughter, Gertrude, wife of S. Grant Terwilliger of Middletown, a grandson, William H. Jacobs of Irvington, N.J.; two granddaughters, Helen, wife of Arnold Massie and Grace, wife of Edward Bostick of Bloomfield, N.J.; one great-granddaughter, two great-grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
     Funeral services will beheld at Hasbrouck's Chapel Monday at 3:30 p.m. The Rev. Thomas Morgan will officiate. Interment will be in the family plot, Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburgh. Friends may call at the chapel Sunday evening.
